Welcome to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR), a rare jungle jewel amongst India’s leading tiger reserves and national parks. Affably called the Land of the Tigers, due to its high tiger density, recent estimates indicate 115 Tigers (the highest per year growth in the country) and more than 150 Leopards are home to the Park. Spread over a rich jungle spread over 625 square kilometres, Tadoba is less commercialised than other leading parks in India and still has a pristine ecosystem. Interestingly unique to Tadoba, and a photographer’s delight, are the ‘ghost trees’ which are very large and have entirely white bark! Another special treat at Tadoba is the chance to see sloth bears sleeping peacefully near a waterhole after having their fill of the creamy white flowers of the Mahua Tree, after which Beyond Stay Mahua Tola, Tadoba is named. Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1
- Reach Nagpur, get picked up by our car, a drive of 2.5 hours will take you to the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve; the dense bamboo jungle is known for highest tiger spotting numbers, bisons, sloth bear, a rich flora and opportunity for birding. Reach the resort, which provides an authentic jungle experience.
- On arrival, relax, have the welcome drink or tea sitting outside in the garden surrounded by the jungle, take in fresh air, while check-in formalities are being completed.
- Have lunch, pick from organic Indian cuisine.
- Get ready for the evening safari (at supplemental cost), that is from 3 pm to 6 pm. On safari, stop at a scenic forest spot, and have tea and snacks packed by the resort
- Post safari, get back to the resort and spend some time in your room to freshen up
- At night, have bush dinner (at supplemental cost), by open fields, taking in the sound of the jungle and feel one with wildlife.
- After night cap, retire to your rooms or explore books in the library.

Day 2
- Early morning wake-up.
- Head for the morning safari (at supplemental cost), which starts at 6 am. While on safari, have breakfast and tea packed by the resort.
- Get back by 10:30 am.
- Head to the bamboo village, some 12 km (30 minutes away). Here, get a chance to see indigenous bamboo arts and crafts of the tribals, and buy some wares.
- Get back, have sumptuous lunch, you can opt for local delicacies the chef is expert is.
- Post lunch, experience a bullock cart ride around the forest.
- Early Evening, visit the riverlet by the resort, take a guided nature walk exploring the varying kinds of indigenous trees, thereafter explore the machan with a bird-eye-s view of the forest, and have tea here.
- Also, take a guided birding trip in the resort. The resort itself has 75 varieties of birds.
- Evening, enjoy a bonfire and outdoor dinner in the resort

- Opt for a riverbed dinner by the riverlet (at supplemental cost), and in the midst of the jungle. This is not for the faint-hearted.

Day 3
- Next day, get up at leisure, explore the resort, have tea and breakfast.
- Check out and be transported back to Nagpur.
